Để đảm bảo sự minh bạch và trách nhiệm, hợp đồng của FastCons luôn có những điều khoản phạt rõ ràng, cam kết về chất lượng và tiến độ giúp cho khách hàng tin tưởng và an tâm khi lựa chọn dịch vụ của FastCons.
Chi phí thiết kế và thi công của FastCons như thế nào?
Hiện tại, đối với dịch vụ thiết kế, FastCons đang cung cấp 3 gói thiết kế là: Thiết kế kiến trúc, thiết kế trọn gói và thiết kế nội thất với giá dao động từ: 200.000đ – 300.000đ/m2. Còn đối với dịch vụ thi công FastCons đang cung cấp 2 gói thi công là gói tiêu chuẩn với đơn giá 4.2trđ/m2 và gói cao cấp với đơn giá là 4.5trđ/m2. Để có được chi phí chính xác sẽ phụ thuộc vào quy mô, vị trí địa lý và yêu cầu cụ thể của từng dự án. Khi có đầy đủ thông tin về dự án, FastCons sẽ cung cấp bảng giá chi tiết và minh bạch, về phạm vi công việc, vật tư sử dụng để khách hàng có thể theo dõi, kiểm tra và so sánh trước khi lựa chọn.
Làm thế nào để theo dõi tiến độ thi công dự án của tôi?
Trước hi dự án bắt đầu thi công, FastCons luôn lập tiến độ thi công chi tiết cho tất cả các hạng mục để khách hàng có thể lên kế hoạch chuẩn bị vật tư và thầu phụ cho giai đoạn hoàn thiện được kịp thời. Và xuyên suốt quá trình thi công khách hàng của FastCons có thể dễ dàng theo dõi tiến độ thi công thông qua báo cáo ngày và phần mềm quản lý công việc của FastCons. Điều này đảm bảo quá trình thi công diễn ra thuận lợi và minh bạch, mang lại sự yên tâm cho khách hàng.
FastCons có bảo hành công trình sau khi hoàn thành không?
Chính sách bảo hành của FastCons được thiết kế để mang lại sự an tâm tuyệt đối cho khách hàng. Cụ thể với gói tiêu chuẩn bảo hành kết cấu 10 năm – chống thấm 1 năm, gói cao cấp bảo hành kết cấu 10 năm chống thấm 5 năm. Trong suốt quá trình bảo hành, nếu quá 3 ngày kể từ lúc liên hệ sửa chữa mà FastCons không cử nhân sự đến kiểm tra và lên kế hoạch sửa chữa thì khách hàng có thể thuê 1 đơn vị thứ 3 và trừ lại chi phí bảo hành của FastCons.
